Fill in your biographical details and select your preferred programs.
Submit your application form.
Pay the application fee to validate your application.
Online payment via SchoolGear
Visit equity.schoolgear.co.rw and enter your registration number.
Select RP from the school list and click Search.
Confirm that your names appear correctly.
Click Generate Billing Number and enter your MTN number.
Dial *182*7*1# on your MTN line → select Pay Bill → enter the billing number → confirm with your PIN.
You will receive an SMS confirmation. Save it as proof of payment.
Not a Rwanda Polytechnic student? When creating your account, click the verify button after filling your previous registration number to enable manually entering your names and National ID (NID).
